Role Description The Social Media + Client Service Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This role involves planning, creating, and managing social media content and campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others, in line with client objectives and brand guidelines. The executive will respond to comments and messages, monitor engagement and performance metrics, and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.

On the client service side, the role includes acting as a primary contact for assigned clients, coordinating briefs and feedback, managing timelines, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.



The executive will collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, content, performance marketing, and web) to deliver cohesive campaigns and support new ideas that enhance clients’ digital presence.

Qualifications

- Solid client-facing skills, including Client Services and Client Relations, with the ability to manage expectations and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Experience in Business Relationship Management, ensuring effective communication between clients and internal teams.
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with a service-oriented mindset and responsiveness to client needs.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret social media and campaign performance data, generate insights, and optimize strategies.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and basic reporting dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or social media role is preferred.
