We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to oversee and support application tasks for in-house systems used across various airline operational processes, operate production systems, and build automation to improve reliability, scalability, and efficiency. The role involves developing monitoring, deployment, automation, and release management tools using modern scripting languages, designing complex technology solutions, supporting DevOps teams and IT Service Management practices, and ensuring reliability engineering standards. The engineer will also act as a technical consultant and architect by analyzing requirements, advising teams, collaborating with technical leaders, and ensuring solutions align with business and stakeholder needs.

Your tasks

- Overseeing and supporting application tasks for in-house systems used across various airline operational processes
- Operating production systems and building automation to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency
- Developing monitoring, deployment, and automation tools using modern scripting languages
- Designing and defining complex technology solutions while aligning cross-functional teams with company goals
- Building and utilizing automation tools to enhance release management processes
- Supporting and enabling DevOps teams, IT Service Management practices, and reliability engineering standards
- Acting as a technical consultant and architect by analyzing requirements, advising teams, and ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs




- Collaborating with technical leaders to understand technologies, business complexity, and validate architectural solutions

Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience in Software/System Engineering, including 2+ years of experience in SRE or Platform Reliability
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, complex cloud environments, and orchestration technologies
- Strong knowledge of data, network, and information security best practices
- Experience developing and integrating APIs, with a strong background in automation and DevOps tooling
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Bash, or PowerShell
- Strong analytical and process-driven approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Immediate joiners and candidates currently serving their notice period are preferred
