Position: Site Supervisor – Cinema Project and Mall Project

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Role

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to supervise the construction and interior work of our upcoming cinema inside a recent mall.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily work at the cinema construction site.
- Manage and coordinate workers and contractors.
- Check civil, electrical, plumbing, flooring, ceiling and interior work.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure work is completed on time.
- Check the quality of work and materials.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and mall management.
- Report daily progress and any site-related issues to management.
- Check material delivery and usage at the site.
- Maintain basic site records and reports.




- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety at the site.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in construction, civil work or interior site supervision.
- Diploma/ITI/Civil Engineering qualification preferred.
- Experience in mall, showroom, hotel, commercial building or cinema projects will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of construction and interior work.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and WhatsApp.
- Should be responsible and comfortable working at a construction site.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
