HIRING: ServiceNow Architect

Location: Pune

Experience: 8–12+ years (minimum 4–5 years as an Architect)

Reports to: Head of ServiceNow Practice

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are building a ServiceNow platform practice and its flagship solution. As Architect, you will own the technical design of this offering end-to-end and set the architectural standards for the broader ServiceNow practice as we scale delivery.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own solution architecture across ITSM, ITOM (Event Management, Discovery, CMDB), and Integration Hub for the AuditIQ platform and future offerings.
- Design the integration architecture connecting log/monitoring sources (application logs, infra telemetry) into ServiceNow via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub spokes.
- Define the pattern-matching and incident-correlation design — how known error signatures, anomaly detection, and duplicate-incident checks translate into ServiceNow workflows and data models.
- Establish CMDB and data model standards to support incident-to-CI linkage and historical incident referencing (root cause, resolution).
- Lead technical design reviews, environment/instance strategy, security architecture, and performance/scalability planning.
- Define coding standards, integration patterns, and reusable components for the delivery team to build against.
- Act as the technical anchor in client/pre-sales conversations — solutioning, effort estimation, and technical proposals.




- Mentor Lead Developers and Developers; run architecture governance and code/design reviews.
- Stay current on ServiceNow releases (AI capabilities, Predictive Intelligence, Now Assist) and evaluate fit for the AuditIQ roadmap.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS
- Proven ServiceNow architecture experience across at least 2 of: ITSM, ITOM, Event Management, Integration Hub, CMDB/Discovery.
- Solid grasp of ServiceNow scripting (Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs).
- Experience designing integrations with external monitoring/log tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, ELK, Datadog).
- Solid understanding of CMDB data modeling and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
- Experience with ServiceNow's AI/ML capabilities — Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics, or Now Assist — is a strong plus.
- Track record of solutioning and presenting to client/leadership stakeholders.

GOOD TO HAVE

- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Experience building a practice or offering from scratch (not just project delivery).
- Exposure to DevSecOps tooling integration with ServiceNow.

Mandatory

- CSA (Certified System Administrator)

Required — At least one:
- CIS-ITSM
- CIS-Event Management
- CIS-Discovery

Preferred

- CTA (Certified Technical Architect)
