Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Travel Specialist for a remote role.

The Senior Travel

Specialist will oversee planning and arranging personalized travel itineraries, manage end-to-end travel bookings, and ensure seamless travel experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, handling communications with clients and partners, and overseeing travel management for both leisure and business travellers. The role requires frequent interaction with clients to understand their specific needs and deliver tailored solutions.

- Strong conversion track record
- Getting in touch with the leads, getting to know their requirements,



building tailor-made travel plans for them, and providing live customer support
- Creating immersive and personalised travel itineraries, finding the best suppliers for a customer, and offering an overall tailor-made experience.
- Brainstorming new projects or working on existing pipelines to create immersive travel experiences in India
- Setting up B2B partnerships with organisations such as universities, corporations, startups, and so on
- Streamlining Operations: Maximised efficiency, customer experience, and profits by streamlining and supervising ongoing projects
- Solid communication and customer service skills for effective interaction with clients, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Experience in business travel coordination, including managing corporate travel needs and addressing challenges with professional solutions.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple travel bookings and handle unexpected changes efficiently.
- Knowledge of travel tools, trends, and technologies; experience working with AI-based travel solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
