We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, stakeholder management, and building a strong candidate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage offer negotiation and candidate follow-ups.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates.
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
6–10 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines.
Strong stakeholder and negotiation skills.
Experience with recruitment portals and hiring tools is preferred.
