Job Summary

Assistant Manager in SUD Life's Internal Audit department will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on internal Audits.

The role involves identifying risks, recommending improvements,



and supporting management in strengthening internal controls.

Key Functional Responsibilities

- The Assistant Manager Position will be required to execute the approved Audit Plan.
- Perform process walkthroughs, control testing, data analysis, and reviews.
- Evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls across functions.
- Prepare detailed audit workpapers and supporting documentation.
- Responsible for verification of sales incentive results, query resolution in co-ordination with various stakeholders, identification of revenue leakage and assisting management to address loopholes in incentive structure
- He/she will be required to conduct risk assessment analysis, data analysis, control assessment, process automations, process evaluations and continuous auditing.
- He/she must be able to work with management to assist in identifying opportunities to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness of internal controls, operational, financial and compliance processes.
- He/she shall also be responsible for conducting audits.
- Ensure timely completion of audits and quality standards.
- He/ She will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring of following audit.
- Vendor Audits
- Process reviews
- Concurrent audits of transaction
- Internal Financial Controls testing
- Monthly & Quarterly reporting and Co-ordination with Chief internal auditor, AVPs and HODs.
- Implementation of International Standard of Internal Auditing including Quality Assessment

Key Responsibilities

- Identification of key controls and oversee the development and completion of audit testing to determine the adequacy of identified controls.
- Completion of Audit plan as per defined timelines with requisite audit work paper documentation.
- Ability to co-ordinate, interact with various stakeholder for external/management audit if any.

Qualification Required

- Chartered Accountant
- MBA Finance / CMA/ CA Inter having at least 4 years of Internal audit experience. qualification.
- Certification such as CIA, CISA, or Risk Management qualifications will be an added advantage
