Role Description

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced CI/CD Architect to design, implement, and govern scalable CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks across cloud and enterprise environments. The role combines DevOps architecture, RPA-driven automation, and application lifecycle optimization, with a strong focus on Azure-based platforms and modern development stacks.

Key Responsibilities

CI/CD and DevOps Architecture

- Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD architectures for enterprise-grade applications and automation platforms.
- Define CI/CD best practices, engineering standards, governance controls, and reusable pipeline templates across teams.
- Enable secure, scalable, resilient pipelines for cloud-native and hybrid deployments.
- Integrate code quality, security scanning, testing, compliance, approval, and audit controls into delivery pipelines.

Automation and RPA Enablement

- Architect and integrate RPA-based automation into CI/CD and operational workflows.
- Design automation solutions using Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Enable unattended and attended automation for build, deployment, testing, environment provisioning, and operational activities.

Application and Cloud Engineering

- Support application delivery for .NET Core, Web API, ASP.NET Core MVC, C#, and Python solutions.
- Design CI/CD pipelines for applications hosted on Azure App Service.
- Implement of deployment strategies such as blue-green, canary, and rolling deployments, including rollback mechanisms.

Scripting and Tooling

- Develop automation scripts using Shell scripting, PowerShell, and Python.




- Create reusable scripts for environment setup, configuration management, deployment orchestration, and operational tasks.

Collaboration and Governance

- Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, security, and operations teams to improve application delivery outcomes.
- Provide CI/CD architecture guidance, technical leadership, and design reviews.
- Support DevOps maturity assessments and roadmap development.
- Troubleshoot complex pipeline, automation, integration, and deployment issues.
- Document architecture standards, reusable patterns, runbooks, and operational procedures.

- Understanding cloud security, identity and access management, and secrets management.
- Exposure to containerization and infrastructure automation.
- Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–11 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native application delivery.
- Strong architectural thinking with the ability to design scalable, secure, reusable solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, documentation, and technical communication skills.
