PURPOSE OF ROLE:





The Senior Software Engineer - SAP Integration will support all functional areas of our growing, global business which runs SAP’s Fashion Management Solution. This role is responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and enhancing enterprise integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems, including internal and external platforms using SAP BTP Integration Suite and SAP PI/PO.

Reporting Structure: You will report directly to a manager employed by Under Armour Global Services Pvt. Ltd. in India.

YOUR IMPACT (Job Responsibilities):

- Serve as a subject matter expert in Under Armour's SAP integration landscape utilizing SAP BTP Integration Suite and SAP PI/PO.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations between SAP and third-party applications.
- Lead technical design discussions and translate business requirements into integration solutions.
- Design and develop complex iFlows, mappings, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Collaborate with functional analysts, architects, development teams, and external partners.
- Drive resolution of complex production and integration issues.
- Partner with enterprise architects, security, infrastructure, and functional teams to ensure integrations are scalable, secure, reusable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior integration team members.
- Participate in project planning, effort estimation, and technical solution reviews.
- Support SAP transformation and modernization initiatives including S/4HANA programs.
- Develop and maintain interface documentation, technical specifications, and operational procedures.
- Work with external consultants and vendors to deliver integration solutions.
- Support governance, security, monitoring, and best practices for integration development.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise integration standards.
- Participate in on-call and production support activities, as required and lead root cause analysis activities

QUALIFICATIONS:





Education:

- Bachelor's degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 3 years of relevant experience or typically 9 years of relevant work experience without degree.
- Hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO and SAP BTP Integration Suite development.
- Experience in multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations.
- Experience with event-driven integrations, SAP Event Mesh, API-led integration, and cloud-native integration patterns.
- Robust expertise in XML, XSLT, message mappings, Java mappings, and UDFs.
- Experience with IDOC, RFC, BAPI, SOAP, REST, HTTP, JMS, JDBC, and File adapters.
- Experience developing custom iFlows and integration content in SAP CPI.
- Experience with SAP API Management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Previous mentoring or technical leadership experience.
- Experience collaborating within global SAP environments and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is an added advantage.
- Experience with SAP Fashion Management Solution (FMS), AFS, and/or S/4 Fashion is preferred.

WORKPLACE LOCATION:

Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our office.

Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.
