About the Role

We are looking for a AI-native Senior Software Engineer, Full-stack to join our core engineering team. You will architect, build, and ship complex product features across the full stack, working with Go, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and GCP.

This is a highly hands-on role with significant product ownership. You will take problems from idea and architecture through implementation and production, while helping establish the engineering standards and architecture as the platform scales.

Responsibilities

- Architect and build end-to-end product features across frontend and backend
- Build modern user experiences using React and TypeScript
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Go




- Design APIs, database schemas, and distributed system components
- Build solutions that are scalable, reliable, secure, and easy to use
- Use AI coding tools and agents throughout design, development, testing, debugging, and code review
- Integrate with AI agents, MCP servers, and AI developer tools
- Own features from 0 → 1, design through production
- Drive technical decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices

Qualifications

- 6+ years of hands-on full-stack software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in Go, TypeScript, and React
- Proven experience designing and delivering complex user-facing products across the full stack
- Strong experience with SQL/PostgreSQL, APIs, and system design
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and GCP
- A strong product mindset — you care about usability as much as architecture and code quality
- Experience building products from 0→1, ideally in a startup or rapid-moving environment
- Ability to drive technical decisions and work effectively across teams
- Experience establishing engineering standards, architecture, and development best practices
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, move quickly, and independently deliver high-quality production software
