We’re looking for an experienced Senior SEO & Online Reputation Management (ORM) Specialist to manage executive search presence and corporate brand reputation.

The role involves developing and executing advanced SEO, SERP management, executive digital branding, and reputation management strategies. Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in Reverse SEO, including managing challenging search results through credible content strategies, entity-based SEO, and authoritative digital assets.

The ideal candidate will have experience beyond traditional SEO, with a strong understanding of Knowledge Graphs, digital PR, C-suite personal branding, entity optimization, and advanced SERP management.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute data-driven reverse SEO strategies to suppress negative, outdated, or unfavorable third-party search results for branded and high-profile executive keywords.
- Monitor Google SERP volatility, track target keyword movements, and conduct algorithmic gap analyses against high-DA news publications.
- Formulate proactive defense architectures to protect executive and corporate brand queries from negative search capture.
- Build, optimize, and rank high-authority digital properties (executive microsites, custom domains, Medium, Substack, LinkedIn Newsletters, Crunchbase, verified directories).
- Implement advanced Schema.org structured data (Person, Organization, sameAs, founder, alumniOf) to train the Google Knowledge Graph and secure rich Google Knowledge Panels.
- Supervise internal linking, domain consolidation (301 redirects, canonicalization), and crawl budget management across owned digital assets.
- Collaborate with PR desks to execute high-impact sponsored content, editorial features, and executive interviews across Tier-1 business and mainstream media.
- Audit and guarantee technical indexing, crawlability, and follow-through authority of all published PR content.
- Guide content teams on producing authoritative thought-leadership content that reinforces positive semantic associations while strictly avoiding controversial trigger words.




- Track real-time sentiment, brand mentions, and SERP shifts using enterprise tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Brand24/Talkwalker).
- Prepare executive-ready weekly SERP shift reports detailing position changes across Page 1 and Page 2 for key personal and corporate search queries.
- Perform deep diagnostic entity audits to identify and fix negative contextual associations in Google Knowledge Vault.
- Structure high-equity digital asset networks that build long-term domain authority and rank insulation.
- Coordinate rapid-response content publishing during emerging online reputation crises.
- Ensure full compliance with search engine guidelines while maximizing algorithmic displacement impact.

Requirements

- 4+ years of core SEO experience, with at least 2+ years dedicated to Online Reputation Management (ORM) or executive personal branding.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable case studies where you successfully displaced or pushed down high-authority media links (DA 75+) from Google Page 1.
- Up-to-date Algorithm Expertise: Deep understanding of Google’s modern quality systems (Helpful Content System, SpamBrain, E-E-A-T, and Entity-First Search).
- Technical SEO Proficiency: Mastery of canonical tags, indexation controls, crawl budget optimization, server redirects (301s), and Schema markup implementation.
- Understanding of Media & Platforms: Clear understanding of how platforms like Wikipedia, Wikidata, Crunchbase, Medium, and Tier-1 digital PR affect Google's Knowledge Vault.
- Tools Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and SERP tracking platforms.
- Deep familiarity with digital PR syndication, wire distribution services, and sponsored authority placements.
- High degree of discretion, confidentiality, and maturity in managing sensitive corporate and executive information.
