We are looking for an energetic, well-groomed, and customer-focused Demonstration Specialist to represent the Thakral Gizmos brand at our Experience Centre in Gurugram. This is a frontline, customer-facing role responsible for engaging walk-in customers, demonstrating products, and driving in-store sales conversions through excellent product knowledge and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage every customer who walks into the Experience Centre in a warm, professional manner.
- Conduct live product demonstrations, clearly explaining features, benefits, and use-cases of gadgets on display.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to drive conversions.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and basic troubleshooting questions confidently.
- Maintain in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of all products,
ongoing offers, and promotions.
- Ensure the display counters and demo units are clean, functional, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist with billing coordination, stock awareness, and basic sales reporting to the store/floor manager.
- Build rapport with repeat and walk-in customers to encourage positive word-of-mouth and footfall.
- Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and punctuality as per company policy.
- Coordinate with the operations and inventory team to ensure demo stock availability.
