Our Senior Product Owner is a lead role within our Web Experience team, as the primary owner of our website development strategy across a growing group of sites including HERE.com, plus our Japan and Legal sites. Within our multi-discipline team, you’ll be responsible for defining and executing our site experience roadmap that will solve our user’s needs, create a pathway to HERE platform sign-ups and deliver against our core website KPIs. You will work closely with colleagues across Infrastructure, User Experience and Content, as well as stakeholders in the Marketing, Product and Technology organizations, with a key focus on cross-functional collaboration to deliver against aligned strategic business goals.

In addition, you’ll be responsible for planning and overseeing our in-house team’s resource allocation and quality of output to ensure delivery of a a competitive and effective product as our flagship website. From research to product development, you’ll build consensus, solicit feedback, manage ticketed progress and negotiate priorities with all levels of stakeholders as you plan and execute for best practice digital experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee the development and delivery of our annual strategic roadmap to achieve our vision for growth as a multi-audience destination website that helps visitors understand who HERE is, the problems HERE solves and experience easy access to our GTM strategy options from sales engagement to self-service.
- Use your in-depth expertise to build improved understanding of the here.com roadmap by being the lead communicator of key delivered milestones that reflect optimized experience, and improved engagement and conversion, from multiple target audiences. This includes supporting growth in discovery, lead generation, platform sign-ups and thought leadership engagement.
- Define, prioritize, and oversee the execution of Web Experience roadmap. Manage sprint planning and ticket creation, sprint demos, BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) workflows, UAT,



and releases in conjunction with internal developers using Jira and GitLab.
- Oversee sprint planning & management (including sprint demos, UAT, releases) by engaging with Web Experience colleagues before planning work in Jira and running regular check-ins.
- Identify, understand and communicate user’s pain points, translating them into roadmapped activities that improve user experience, site performance and achieve agreed here.com KPIs.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and scalability of our global website CMS, Contentful. Demonstrable in-depth experience with Contentful CMS is required to steer the ongoing development of our composable web architecture. You also need solid conceptual understanding of modern front-end frameworks (React, Next.js) and cloud deployments (Vercel, AWS).
- Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) is required. Expert in using JIRA and Confluence to create, manage, and triage complex backlogs.
- work with Performance and in-house development colleagues to utilize analytics, research and digital best-practice approaches to simplify core user journeys.
- work with Web Infrastructure colleagues to identify opportunities to utilize the Martech stack to improve experience and gain customer insight – i.e. website personalization, A/B testing, etc.
- direct a data-led approach (utilizing reporting and insights) to optimize user journeys and site experience by channel source (SEO, PPC, Paid Media).
- Solid understanding of enterprise MarTech stacks, specifically Adobe Analytics, Tealium Tag Management, Marketo, and enterprise search solutions (e.g., Algolia) and how they contribute to a data-driven experience.
- Solve unique problems from a web experience perspective including development, workflow and technical considerations, anchored by a thorough understanding of the broad impact on related disciplines and business performance.
- Develop com product strategy for project execution, managing notable risk and complexity with foresight and your digital expertise.
- Anticipate business, regulatory and performance issues; recommending product, process or service improvements
