Summary The Supply Chain Manager is accountable for the procurement, implementation, management, and execution of Construction Services and/or Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment programs supporting regional data center construction projects.

This role is responsible for ensuring quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery of construction services and critical mechanical, electrical, and power systems. The individual will partner closely with project teams to align supply chain strategies with project schedules, cost targets, design requirements, and capacity objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead supplier relationship management and own the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle for assigned categories.
- Manage sourcing, supplier qualification, RFx processes, commercial negotiations, contract negotiations, supplier awards, and performance reviews.
- Plan, implement, and manage project-specific construction services and OFCI equipment logistics activities.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of equipment and services to meet project schedules.
- Partner with Project Controls and Finance teams to monitor procurement status, budget utilization, and project progress.
- Manage supplier pricing and commercial impacts resulting from project design changes.
- Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks and market-related challenges.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive supplier performance improvement initiatives.
- Support executive decision-making through analytics, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify demand and execute supplier selection strategies.
- Act as the primary escalation point for supplier-related issues, delivery delays, disputes, and invoice discrepancies.




- Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams regarding lead times, equipment obsolescence, and design changes.
- Support framework agreement negotiations, renewals, and extensions.
- Ensure supplier readiness for commissioning schedules and quality requirements.
- Maintain alignment between suppliers and project teams to ensure successful project execution.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Academic Qualifications & Certifications

- Master's degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
- LEAN / Six Sigma Certification preferred.
- PMP (Project Management Qualified) certification preferred.
- CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) certification preferred.
- Knowledge of FIDIC contracts.

Required Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of procurement and supply chain management experience, ideally supporting construction, infrastructure, or capital projects.
- Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar projects.

Physical Requirements

- Primarily desk-based with occasional standing, walking, and bending.
- Ability to use computers and related office equipment for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.

Work Conditions

- Combination of office and data center environments.
- Occasional site visits and construction site exposure.
- Up to 25% travel required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Primarily remote with occasional onsite requirements.
