Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant with strong functional expertise and a basic understanding of development concepts. The successful candidate will lead ERP implementations, analyze business requirements, configure solutions, and provide consultancy and support to clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central implementation and upgrade projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and propose effective ERP solutions.
- Configure and support Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Projects, and Service modules.
- Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.
- Collaborate with developers on customizations, integrations, and extensions.
- Conduct user training, testing, and go-live support.




- Provide functional troubleshooting and ongoing client support.

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong functional knowledge across core Business Central modules.
- Positive understanding of AL development concepts, APIs, and integrations.
- Experience with NAV-to-Business Central upgrade projects.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
