Located inside Mumbai's Filmcity Complex, students receive hands-on instruction in the discipline they want to pursue.

We are looking for a fantastic team member to join as a Senior Manager - IT in our IT Department.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement recent initiatives and projects
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
- Firewall & DNS modifications and maintenance
- Assist the manager in organizing, planning, and implementing systems and processes
- Coordinate operations and ensure schedules and objectives are met
- Communicate with staff/users and evaluate their needs and specifications
- Secure adherence to the company’s policies and guidelines
- Event Management & support
- Advanced Troubleshooting skills to tackle tough and ongoing issues.
- Ensure efficient utilization of IT resources - both equipment and personnel.
- Any other work as may be assigned to you from time to time.





Key Skills & Competencies Required:

- IT Infrastructure & Network Management – System administration, network management, Firewall & DNS, hardware/software and IT asset management.
- IT Security & Data Management – Data security, access control, backup & recovery, cybersecurity and information security.
- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving – Advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, incident management and timely resolution of technical issues.
- IT Operations & Project Management – IT projects, system implementation, process development, IT policies/SOPs, resource planning and vendor coordination.
- User & Stakeholder Management – End-user support, understanding user requirements, communication, coordination, event IT support and effective utilization of IT resources.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Administration, System Administration and IT Support.
- Hands-on experience in Firewall, DNS, Data Security, Backup & Recovery and Advanced Troubleshooting preferred.

Education skills required

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Applications or a related field.
- B.E./B.Tech / B.Sc. IT / BCA preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Networking, Cybersecurity, Microsoft, Cisco or Cloud Technologies will be an added advantage
