Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging e-learning content and learning solutions for educational/LMS environments. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of instructional design principles, e-learning tools, content development, and learning standards.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop engaging e-learning courses, learning materials, and assessments.
- Create storyboards, course outlines, and instructional content based on learning objectives.
- Apply instructional design methodologies, learning theories, and adult learning principles.
- Develop and structure content for LMS and digital learning platforms.
- Work with SMEs and stakeholders to gather, organize, and convert content into effective learning modules.
- Ensure e-learning content is aligned with SCORM, xAPI/Tin Can, and other applicable standards.
- Review and improve learning content for quality, accuracy, usability,



and learner engagement.
- Support content representation, assessments, and interactive learning activities.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Instructional Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant experience as an Instructional Designer, preferably in the LMS, education, government, or academic sector.
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar e-learning tools.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles, learning theories, and adult learning.
- Positive knowledge of LMS platforms and e-learning content development.
- Experience creating storyboards, assessments, and interactive e-learning content.
- Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI/Tin Can, and other e-learning content standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
