: Senior Technical Manager – AI & Data Science

Role Summary

Lead AI and Data Science strategy, architecture, and delivery while managing high-

performing teams. Drive the development of scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions that solve business problems and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead AI/ML, Data Science, and GenAI initiatives from concept to production.
- Manage and mentor Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Engineers.
- Define technical architecture and ensure scalable, secure AI solutions.
- Collaborate with business and engineering teams to identify AI opportunities.
- Drive MLOps best practices, model governance, and Responsible AI.
- Manage project delivery, stakeholder communication, and team performance.

Required Skills





- Robust expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, LLMs, RAG, and

Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and ML frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Databricks, Spark, Docker,

Kubernetes, and MLOps.
- Proven experience leading enterprise AI projects and technical teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- 10–15+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Analytics, with at least 5 years in technical leader
