We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Founding Senior Business

Development Manager to build and scale our US business from the ground up. This is not a traditional BDM role—this is a revenue leadership opportunity where you will own outbound sales, close US clients, and build a future sales team.

Location: Guwahati, Assam (On-site Only)

Experience: Minimum 1.5 Years

Industry: BPO / Outsourcing / Staffing / SaaS / Agency Services

Required Skills

 1.5 – 4 years of experience in B2B Sales, International Sales, or Business Development

 Proven experience selling services to US-based clients

 Strong deal-closing and revenue-generation track record





 Hands-on experience with Apollo, Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or

Zoho CRM

 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

 Experience managing sales pipelines and outbound campaigns

 Ability to work with US time zones when required

 Solid leadership and team-building capabilities

Preferred Candidate Profile

 Experience in Outsourcing, BPO, Staffing, Recruitment, IT Services, or SaaS Sales

 Existing US client network is an added advantage

 Experience closing recurring retainer-based service contracts

 Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building processes and teams

 Candidates based in Guwahati or willing to relocate

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
