We are looking for a skilled BIM MEP Engineer responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing BIM models for MEP systems. The candidate will work closely with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and project teams to deliver coordinated and accurate BIM models and drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain BIM models for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other MEP services.
- Prepare detailed MEP layouts, shop drawings, and construction drawings.
- Perform clash detection and coordination between MEP, architectural, and structural disciplines.
- Review design drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with design and site teams to resolve technical issues and model discrepancies.




- Generate BIM documentation, schedules, quantity take-offs, and reports.
- Ensure models comply with project BIM standards, LOD requirements, and company standards.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and communicate design changes effectively.
- Maintain model accuracy, naming conventions, families, and project documentation.
- Support project teams during construction and resolve BIM-related technical queries.

Required Key Skills and Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage for coordination and clash detection.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM workflows.
- Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other MEP systems.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD, and model coordination processes.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP design and construction drawings.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working on commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
