We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with 6+ years of experience to build, scale, and maintain high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Node.js or TypeScript, backend architecture, APIs, databases, and scalable production systems.

What You'll Do

- Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js/TypeScript
- Build and maintain robust APIs and backend integrations
- Contribute to backend architecture and system design decisions
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability
- Design and optimize database schemas and queries
- Integrate third-party services and internal systems
- Debug complex production issues and drive root-cause resolution
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in code reviews and improve engineering standards
- Collaborate with product, frontend, and infrastructure teams
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making





Must have 6+ years of backend engineering experience Strong hands-on experience with Node.js or TypeScript Strong experience building backend services and REST APIs Good understanding of system design and scalable architectures Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases Experience building and maintaining production-grade applications Solid coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills Good understanding of software engineering best practices
