The Junior Media Buyer will assist in planning and executing media campaigns across digital and traditional channels to support the organization’s communication and outreach objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to understand campaign goals, researching suitable media platforms, negotiating and confirming placements, and monitoring campaign performance against agreed metrics.



The role involves maintaining media schedules, managing budgets under guidance, preparing regular performance reports, and suggesting optimizations to improve reach and effectiveness. QualificationsStrong media planning and media buying skills, with the ability to execute campaigns across relevant channels.Media strategy and analytical skills to interpret performance data and recommend improvements.Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, media vendors, and partners.Basic understanding of digital marketing and audience targeting methods is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field preferred.Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.Proficiency with spreadsheets and media reporting tools; familiarity with advertising platforms is an advantage.Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices and sensitivity toward diverse communities.
