Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and structured lectures for CA Cost Accounting.
- Explain concepts, costing techniques, standards, and practical applications clearly.
- Cover the prescribed syllabus systematically within the planned academic schedule.
- Prepare and deliver study material, presentations, practice questions, and revision resources.
- Solve practical problems and examination-oriented questions during lectures.
- Conduct periodic tests, mock examinations, and revision sessions.
- Analyse student performance and provide individual academic feedback.
- Conduct doubt-clearing and problem-solving sessions.
- Keep students updated with relevant syllabus changes, examination trends, and applicable amendments.
- Coordinate with the academic team for course planning, assessments,



and student progress.
- Motivate and mentor students to improve their examination preparation and performance.

Candidate Requirements

- CA Qualified with strong command over Cost Accounting.
- Prior teaching experience for CA students is preferred.
- Robust conceptual and practical knowledge of Cost Accounting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex numerical and theoretical concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to deliver both classroom and online lectures is an advantage.
