Role Description:

Senior Azure DevOps Engineer with 8-10 years of experience.

To be responsible for Azure infrastructure migration, customer-hosted deployments, troubleshooting, and production support. The role will lead the transition of solutions from cloud-hosted environments to customer-managed Azure infrastructure while ensuring reliable deployments, security, monitoring, and operational support.

- Key Responsibilities: Lead Azure infrastructure migration and transition from cloud-hosted to customer-hosted environments.
- Plan and execute customer Azure deployments, infrastructure setup, and configuration.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, deployment, networking, and application issues.
- Manage Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines across environments.
- Support production deployments, upgrades, patches, and emergency fixes.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, performance optimization, and root-cause analysis.
- Support Docker/Kubernetes environments and infrastructure automation.
- Ensure security hardening, vulnerability remediation, backup/restore, and Disaster Recovery readiness.
- Provide on-call production support and coordinate resolution of critical incidents.
- Work directly with customer technical teams during migrations, deployments, and production issues.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across DevOps and Azure operations.

- Core Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud,



or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Proven experience with Azure infrastructure migration and customer-hosted environments.
- Robust experience with CI/CD, deployment automation, and production troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform/ARM, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of Azure networking, compute, storage, monitoring, and security.
- Experience supporting production environments and on-call operations.
- Experience with high availability, disaster recovery, backup/restore, and security hardening.
- Strong scripting/automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Excellent customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take ownership of complex technical issues and drive them through resolution.
- Preferred:Experience working with enterprise customers and customer-managed infrastructure.
- Experience with multi-region/high-availability Azure environments.
- Azure certification or equivalent cloud certification.
- Experience with security/compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or CIS.
