We are seekinga high-performing Senior Associate / Assistant Manager with strong SOX andICFR expertise, specifically withinthe manufacturing industry. The role requireshands-on experience in testing complexSOX areas, working independently with process owners, and delivering high-quality workpapers under tight timelines.

The ideal candidate is analytically sharp, detail-oriented, and confident handlingcomplex processes and judgments.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end SOX testing (ToD & ToE) across business and IT-dependent controls
- Independently test complexand judgmental areas,including but not limited to:
- Inventory valuation& reserves
- Standard costing &variance; analysis
- Revenue recognition (manufacturing-specific scenarios)
- Fixed assets & capitalization
- Journal entries and management reviewcontrols

- Prepare and review SOX workpapers in line with PCAOB and Big 4 standards
- Perform walkthroughs and control design assessments
- Identify control gaps, deficiencies, and support remediation efforts
- Coordinate directly with process owners, controllership, and external auditors
- Review junior team members’ work and provideon-the-job coaching
- Support SOX scoping,risk assessment,



and annual planningactivities
- Ensure adherence to timelines, qualitystandards, and documentation requirements

Required Skills& Experience

- 5–7 years of experience in SOX / ICFR, preferably in a Big 4 environment
- Mandatory experience in manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of COSO framework
- Proven experience testing complex SOX controls
- Hands-on exposure to:
- ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Data analytics–enabled testing(positive to have)

- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

- CA Qualified (Mandatory)
- Experience workingwith US-listed companies
- Exposure to PCAOB audits
- Prior client-facing or offshore–onsite coordination experience
