- Marsal (A&M;), the Senior Associate, Knowledge Management drives data discoverability through AI by managing complex metadata ecosystems across cloud-based platforms. Operating from our Delhi Global Capability Center (GCC), this professional ensures that high-value skilled services knowledge assets remain flawlessly structured, compliant, and searchable across diverse environments during continuous platform migrations and enrichment exercises. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between structured library taxonomy and cloud data architecture, managing metadata lifecycles across team-oriented, storage, and data warehouse layers

How You Will Contribute

- Vendor Assessment &
- Enterprise Implementation: Advise on and actively participate in vendor assessments, evaluations, and enterprise-wide implementations of taxonomy, ontology, and graph management systems
- Knowledge Graph Development: Design, build, and scale semantic knowledge graphs to map interconnected business concepts, industry verticals, and global advisory practices
- Taxonomy-to-Ontology Management: Transform flat data taxonomies into complex ontologies by defining, maintaining, and governing relationships, classes,



and properties between distinct digital assets
- Multi-System Metadata Management: Design, map, and enforce metadata schemas across fragmented repository layers including SharePoint Online, Snowflake, Box, and others as identified in day-to-day operations
- Metadata Migrations: Plan, execute, and validate metadata migrations between and within cloud platforms, ensuring zero data loss, schema alignment, and continuous asset taxonomy
- System Interoperability: Coordinate cross-platform indexing to ensure assets stored across relational data warehouses (Snowflake), content repositories (Box), and collaboration hubs (Teams/SharePoint Online) remain structurally unified
- Data Cleansing &
- Reconciliation: Audit existing datasets to correct broken inheritance, fill missing metadata fields, and harmonize legacy taxonomies with global master data standards

Qualifications

- Experience Level: 3–5 years of direct metadata, semantic web, or data migration experience is required; 5+ years is highly preferred
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Completed or ongoing Master’s-level coursework in Library &
- Information Science (MLIS), Information Technology, Data Management, or a related technical discipline is highly preferred
- Stakeholder Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interface, interview,



and collaborate with subject-matter experts across a wide variety of consulting specializations (e.g., corporate restructuring, transaction advisory, private equity)
- Semantic Capabilities: Solid understanding of semantic web concepts (such as RDF, OWL, SKOS, or graph structures) to manage relational data modeling.
- System Expertise: Proven experience managing metadata structures within SharePoint Online (Managed Metadata Service), Snowflake (object tagging/data cataloging), and Box (custom metadata templates)
- Migration Tooling Collaboration: Familiarity collaborating with technical IT/infrastructure resources to manage mapping configurations via Sharegate or similar migration software (direct standalone administration of these engineering tools is not required)
- Coding/Scripting (Optional): Prior coding experience (such as SQL for Snowflake environments, PowerShell, or graph query languages like SPARQL/Cypher) is an asset but not required.
