Senior Associate - CEO Office - 4 Years - Faridabad We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate - CEO Office to work closely with the Founders and drive cross-functional execution, business operations, decision support, and special projects. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in a CEO/COO Office, Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, or similar cross-functional roles, with strong analytical skills and high ownership.

Location: Faridabad, Haryana

Future Employer: A profitable and rapidly growing D2C consumer organisation operating in the beauty and personal-care space, with its own manufacturing and R&D; capabilities. The organisation works across multiple functions including Branding, E-commerce, Purchase, Finance, Factory Operations, and HR, with the CEO Office working closely with the Founders to drive business priorities and execution.

Responsibilities

- Translate Founder priorities into clear tasks, owners, timelines, and actionable follow-ups, ensuring closure across functions.
- Build and maintain cross-functional trackers, dashboards, and MIS to provide leadership with a real-time view of business performance.
- Lead and support special projects across departments, from problem diagnosis and scoping through execution and closure.
- Drive follow-through and accountability on commitments made by department heads during founder reviews.




- Consolidate relevant data, insights, and business context to support quick and effective decision making by the Founders.

Requirements

- 4 years of experience in a CEO/COO Office, Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, or similar cross-functional role.
- Strong Excel and data skills, including trackers, pivot tables, dashboards, and structured reporting.
- Proven ability to work directly with Founders / Senior Leadership and manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strong ownership and follow-through, with the ability to take vague requirements and convert them into completed outcomes.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with business and functional heads.
- Immediate joining preferred.
