Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions process, including initial inquiries, consultations, application support, and enrollment follow-up. Day-to-day tasks include meeting and counseling prospective students, explaining program offerings and entry requirements, conducting campus or office-based information sessions, and maintaining accurate records in admissions systems.

The role also involves coordinating with academic and operations teams, responding promptly to phone, email, and in-person queries, and meeting individual and team enrollment targets while ensuring a positive, ethical admissions experience.

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to engage effectively with diverse prospective learners and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide timely, empathetic, and solution-focused support throughout the admissions journey.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including consultative selling and follow-up capabilities, to convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Education-related processes and academic programs to accurately advise learners on suitable options.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in admissions, counseling, or a related student-facing role, preferably in higher education or edtech..
- Candidates should typically hold a bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, business, communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Bengaluru office, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and meeting explicit performance and ethical standards.
