Job Summary

Windows Client Factory-Remote Operations (classic & Contemporary)

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support Windows 10/11 desktop and laptop environments. Perform remote troubleshooting for hardware, OS, software, and connectivity issues. Administer and support Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO), and user account management. Manage devices through Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and traditional management tools such as SCCM/MECM. Deploy operating systems, software packages, patches, and security updates. Support device enrollment, Autopilot provisioning, and compliance policies. Monitor endpoint health, performance, and security status. Resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within SLA. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. Support VPN, remote access, and hybrid workplace technologies.



Maintain asset inventory and device lifecycle processes. Create and update technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles. Collaborate with Service Desk, Security, Network, and Infrastructure teams.
