SEO Executive

Role Description

We’re looking for an SEO Executive to manage and execute SEO strategies for our clients. The role involves improving search rankings, increasing organic traffic, conducting keyword research, optimizing websites and content, and monitoring SEO performance.

The candidate will also be responsible for preparing clear, insight-driven SEO reports and communicating performance and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Work Mode: Work From Office — Mandatory

Employment Type: Full-time

Annual CTC: ₹3,00,000

Qualifications

- Candidates must be based in Pune and be available to work from our office.
- Hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink building, and content optimization.




- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
- Understanding of technical SEO, website structure, Core Web Vitals, indexing, and redirects.
- Ability to analyze SEO data and create explicit, accurate, and actionable reports.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain SEO performance, insights, and recommendations in simple terms to non-technical clients and team members.
- Ability to confidently present and explain SEO reports and answer client queries.
- Basic understanding of content marketing and keyword-driven content strategy.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior agency experience is a plus.
