SFSF EC Time-Off & Payroll Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Time-Off & Payroll Consultant to design, configure, implement, and support SuccessFactors solutions related to Employee Central, Time Off, and Payroll integration. The consultant will work closely with HR business teams, functional leads, payroll teams, integration teams, and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant HR solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off, employee data, business rules, workflows, time management processes, and integration with SAP/SuccessFactors Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) based on business requirements.
- Design and implement Time Off solutions including time types, time accounts, accruals, carry-forward, deductions, validations, and eligibility rules.
- Configure and maintain Time Off workflows, business rules, alerts, and notifications.
- Work with employee data, job information, employment information, compensation, organizational structures, and other EC objects.
- Configure Employee Central business rules, workflows, event reasons, and foundation objects.
- Support integration of Employee Central Time Off with SAP Payroll / Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Analyze and resolve issues related to employee master data, time data, payroll-relevant data, and integration processes.
- Support payroll data replication and validation between SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll.
- Work with Point-to-Point (P2P),



Compound Employee API, OData APIs, Integration Center, and other integration mechanisms as required.
- Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accurate transfer of employee, absence, attendance, and payroll-relevant information.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test cases, and user documentation.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT.
- Investigate production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Support SuccessFactors releases and assess the impact of quarterly product updates.
- Ensure solutions comply with organizational HR policies, payroll requirements, security standards, and local regulations.
- Work effectively with global stakeholders across different time zones.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with strong hands-on experience in Employee Central.
- Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Time Off configuration and administration.

- Hands-on experience integrating EC with SAP Payroll / Employee Central Payroll.
- Good understanding of payroll-related employee master data and replication processes.
- Experience troubleshooting EC-to-payroll integration and data-replication issues.
- Knowledge of Integration Center, OData, Compound Employee API, and other SuccessFactors integration technologies.
- Strong understanding of HR processes including employee lifecycle, organizational management, absence management, and payroll.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and production support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
