- Develop and support SAP CRM technical solutions across implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.
- Design and develop WRICEF objects, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows.
- Work on SAP CRM Web UI enhancements and custom developments.
- Develop and support CRM Middleware objects and data replication processes.
- Build integrations using IDOCs, RFCs, BAPIs, Web Services, and APIs.
- Develop custom business transactions, partner functions, action profiles, and workflows.
- Perform debugging, code optimization, performance tuning, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and go-live activities.
