We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to design, develop, and optimize personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
- Build agile and personalized content using AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and SQL
- Create and maintain customer journeys and campaign automations
- Perform data segmentation and audience targeting using SQL
- Integrate SFMC with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud using Marketing Cloud Connect
- Implement REST/SOAP API integrations and support data imports
- Ensure email deliverability, compliance, and campaign performance
- Collaborate with marketing and Salesforce teams
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Expertise in AMPscript and SQL
- Hands-on experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for responsive email templates
- Experience with SFMC APIs and integrations
- Understanding of email deliverability and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification preferred
- 5+ years of SFMC development experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with SSJS, MobilePush, SMS Studio, WhatsApp
- Exposure to Salesforce CDP / Data Cloud
- Agile/Scrum experience
