Hiring: Salesforce Administrator – Integration & Analytics

We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients for an exciting opportunity in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

If you are an experienced Salesforce Administrator with strong exposure to Salesforce Flow, APIs, integrations, reporting, and analytics, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.

Location & Work Mode: Thiruvananthapuram – In office (Work from Office)

Experience: 4–8 years

Salary: ₹7–15 LPA (competitive and flexible based on expertise)

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and configure Salesforce environments (users, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).

- Develop, test, and maintain declarative automation using Salesforce Flow (Record-Triggered, Scheduled-Triggered, Screen Flows).

- Design, implement, and support REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., ERP, marketing tools, legacy systems).

- Build, optimize, and maintain Reports and Dashboards to support business decision-making.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable analytics using Microsoft Power BI and Salesforce native analytics tools.





- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance through data cleansing, deduplication, validation rules, and process improvements.

- Manage sandbox environments (Developer, Partial Copy, Full Copy), coordinate testing cycles, and support release management and deployment (via CI/CD where applicable).

- Work closely with US-based business users and cross-functional technology teams (e.g., DevOps, Cloud Engineers, QA) to deliver timely and scalable solutions.

- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analysis for system or integration failures.
