Job Title: Telecalling Sales Representative

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Telecalling Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, your primary objective is to drive revenue by proactively contacting potential customers, pitching our product offerings, and converting leads into paid sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers using provided lead lists.
- Deliver clear, compelling product presentations tailored to customer needs and pain points.
- Answer customer inquiries, handle objections professionally, and guide prospective buyers through the sales pipeline.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas and target call volumes.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales status, and follow-up schedules in the CRM system.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, telecalling,



or direct telesales (preferred).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive negotiation abilities.
- Target-Driven: Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn product features and articulate value propositions clearly.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and standard calling systems.
- Education: High school diploma, higher secondary certification, or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
