About The Indian Gym The Indian Gym is a gym management app built for gym owners across India, especially in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, where most gyms still run on pen and paper. We help owners manage members, payments, attendance and even sell products through a built-in store. We already run ads that bring in gym owner leads every day, and we have our own CRM and live sales console. Now we need someone to help us build the team that converts those leads.

The Role

This is a founding-team role. You will work directly with the founder to build and lead our sales team from 1 person to 15, and help shape how The Indian Gym grows across India. If you enjoy building something from the ground up and want your earnings to grow with your effort, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

- Hire, onboard and train interns who call gym owners and help them start using the app
- Lead and motivate your intern team daily so they hit their targets (3 gyms per week per intern)
- Personally call and convert gym owner leads from our CRM
- Work with the founder on marketing ideas, campaigns and outreach to gym owners
- Track team performance on our sales console and help struggling interns improve
- Share gym owner feedback with the product team so we keep building what owners need





What You'll Earn This is a commission-only role with no fixed salary. You can earn up to ₹40,000 per month and more as your team grows.

- Your own sales: You keep 100% of the subscription amount for the first 3 months of every gym you onboard
- Your team's sales: You earn 50% of the subscription amount for the first 3 months of every gym your interns onboard
- Plans are ₹899 and ₹1499 per month, so a single ₹1499 gym from your team earns you about ₹750 a month for 3 months
- Payouts are made on the 10th of every month
- Gym owners get their first month free, and your commission starts once they begin paying

Who We're Looking For

- Experience in sales, telecalling, team handling or recruitment (freshers with solid energy are welcome too)
- Confident on the phone and comfortable talking to business owners
- Good communication in Hindi, English or a regional language
- Self-driven, enthusiastic and excited to build a team from scratch
- Interest in fitness or startups is a big plus
