About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) with expertise incold calling, networking, engagingin communities, emailoutreach, and chat interactions to generate and nurture leads throughout the end-to-endsales process to drive pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Account Minings Persona Mapping

- Identify key accounts and decision-makers
- Develop detailed buyer personas to personalize outreach
- Conduct market research to uncover potential business opportunities

Outbound Sales s Lead Generation
- Cold call, email, and engage with prospects via LinkedIn and other platforms
- Participate in online communities and networking groups to build relationships
- Develop outreach strategies and follow up to nurture leads

Positioning s Market Research
- Understand and articulate value propositions based on customer pain points
- Research industry trends and competitive landscape to refine messaging




- Align our service offerings with customer needs

Sales Process s Collaboration
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team
- Maintain detailed records in CRM systems
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns

Requirements

Mandatory experience in ERP, CRM, Cloud, and AI technologies

Strong understanding of B2B sales, prospecting, and positioning

Proven track record in cold calling, networking, and outbound lead generation

Familiarity with email and chat-based sales engagement

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with sales tools, CRM systems, and market research tools

Preferred

- Prior experience in enterprise sales or SaaS sales
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of ABM strategies
- Prior experience US and Canda market exposure
- Night Shift availability and work from Office
