Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Madurai. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting company services, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The Specialist will develop and execute marketing campaigns, support promotional activities, and assist in creating marketing content and collateral.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships,



responding to inquiries, providing service information, and gathering feedback to improve offerings. The role also includes coordinating with training and recruitment teams, supporting client onboarding, preparing reports, and contributing to business development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive lead generation, conversion, pipeline management, and account growth.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to support client education, product/service presentations, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in education, training, HR, or recruitment services.
- Ability to work on-site in Madurai, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets within defined timelines.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM or sales tracking tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
