A brewer can spend weeks perfecting a batch, and it can all be undone in the last few metres: a dispensing line that hasn't been cleaned properly.

Dirty lines mean off-flavours, excess foam, wasted product and unhappy customers. Yet across India, line cleaning is still done rarely, manually, or not at all. It takes hours, pulls staff off the floor, and most outlets don't realise how much it's costing them.

That's the problem ReiSys solves.

ReiSys is a German company specialising in hygiene solutions for beverage dispensing systems. Our cleaning equipment and ClearFlow line-cleaning solution help breweries, brewpubs, bars and hotels clean their lines faster, with less labour, less waste and a consistently better pour.

We've spent two years in the Indian market proving the product and building our first customer base.

Now we're scaling, and we need someone to help take us from 1 to 10.

We're hiring a Sales & Marketing Intern in Bengaluru.

What you'll work on

- Lead generation & sales: Build prospect lists across breweries, bars, hotels and F&B; chains, reach decision-makers, qualify leads and help set up demos and trial cleans.
- Sales material: Build product sheets, cost-benefit comparisons,



case studies and pitch decks, and document results from outlets using ReiSys.
- Content: Create LinkedIn and Instagram posts, Reels and on-site videos that make dispensing hygiene something the trade actually cares about.
- Market research: Track competitors, recent brewery and bar openings, and how outlets clean their lines today.
- Events: Find and help run trade shows, beer festivals and live demos.

Who we're looking for

- 1–2 year of experience in sales, marketing or business development
- Genuine interest in B2B, hospitality, F&B; or the beverage industry
- Comfortable picking up the phone, walking into an outlet and starting a conversation
- Strong research, communication and follow-through
- Working knowledge of CRM, Excel/Google Sheets
