Role Description The Sales and Marketing Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves analyzing sales and marketing performance data, creating dashboards and reports, and generating insights that improve lead generation, conversion, and customer retention. The analyst will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to track campaigns, measure ROI, segment customers, and identify growth opportunities in target markets.

Daily activities include preparing forecasts, monitoring pipeline health, optimizing funnel metrics,



and providing recommendations to refine go-to-market strategies. The role also includes supporting leadership with ad hoc analysis, maintaining data quality in CRM and marketing tools, and contributing to the development of data-driven sales and marketing plans.

Qualifications

- Solid analytical skills and experience working with analytics tools to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience in marketing analytics, including campaign performance tracking, customer segmentation, and funnel analysis.
- Solid communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exposure to sales processes and metrics, including pipeline analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau) and familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with large data sets in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Interest in sustainability, climate action, or ESG topics; prior experience in a sustainability or SaaS environment is an advantage.
