Role Overview

As a Sales Agent at Helvino Technologies Limited, I am responsible for promoting the company’s digital software solutions, identifying potential clients, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and prospect potential clients, including Chamas, churches, SACCOs, schools, NGOs, businesses, and other organizations.
- Conduct field visits, cold calls, presentations, and product demonstrations to generate new business opportunities.
- Explain Helvino’s software solutions and demonstrate how they can help organizations improve efficiency, management, accountability, and record keeping.
- Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate Helvino solutions based on their operational challenges.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and physical visits.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
- Negotiate with prospective clients and support the conversion of leads into paying customers.




- Work toward assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify recent opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback, concerns, and suggestions to management.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, customer visits, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Support customer onboarding by connecting new clients with the relevant technical and support teams.
- Conduct after-sales follow-ups to promote customer satisfaction, retention, referrals, and additional sales.
- Represent Helvino Technologies Limited professionally and promote the company’s brand and solutions in the field.
- Prepare regular sales and field reports highlighting achievements, opportunities, and challenges encountered.
