We are looking for a Robotics Hardware Engineer who enjoys building, testing, debugging, and improving real-world robotic hardware systems.

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on builder who is comfortable working with sensors, microcontrollers, embedded systems, and hardware prototypes. You should be able to take a system from an initial idea to a working prototype and troubleshoot problems across hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and prototype hardware systems for robotics applications.
- Select and integrate sensors, electronic components, microcontrollers, and single-board computers.
- Read and interpret component datasheets and make practical engineering decisions.
- Wire, test, troubleshoot, and debug hardware systems.
- Integrate sensors with microcontrollers and embedded platforms.
- Bring up robotic/hardware systems from scratch and validate functionality.
- Debug issues across hardware and software interfaces.
- Rapidly prototype, test, iterate, and improve hardware systems.
- Perform basic 3D design and prototyping when required.
- Work on real-world systems where reliability and practical performance are important.
- Independently identify problems, develop solutions, and take ownership of projects.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Robotics, Embedded Systems, Electronics, Mechatronics, Hardware Engineering, or a related field.




- Strong hands-on experience with hardware prototyping and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of sensors, actuators, microcontrollers, and embedded systems.
- Experience with platforms such as ESP32, STM32, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar is preferred.
- Ability to read datasheets and understand component specifications.
- Experience with hardware-software integration.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently and dealing with ambiguous problems.
- Strong interest in building and testing physical systems.

Good to Have
- Experience with robotics, IoT, or embedded projects.
- PCB/electronics design experience.
- Experience with sensors and communication interfaces.
- Basic 3D CAD/design and rapid prototyping experience.
- Exposure to ROS/ROS2 or robotic platforms.
- Exposure to computer vision, ML, or other ML-adjacent technologies.
- Experience building personal robotics or embedded projects.
