Key Responsibilities -

- Valuable knowledge of robot programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
- Good hands-on experience with robot teaching, path correction, and program modification.
- Sound understanding of robot controllers, servo systems, and safety interlocks.
- Experienced in robot fault diagnosis and breakdown analysis with quick resolution capability.
- Good exposure to spot welding/material handling robotic applications.
- Familiar with PLC integration, communication protocols, and robot interfacing.
- Demonstrates strong preventive and predictive maintenance knowledge for robotic systems.
- Able to optimize robot cycle time and improve process efficiency through programming changes.
- Good understanding of electrical circuits, sensors, actuators, and pneumatic systems related to robots.
- Technically competent and suitable for handling robot programming, commissioning, and maintenance activities independently.
