Inviting applications for the role of Revenue Operations - Japanese Speaking Candidate

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the geo-level Resource Management and Revenue Operations function across Expert Services and Impact engagements
- Operate from Singapore and support English-speaking stakeholders across the assigned geo and global Resource Management and Revenue Operations network
- Manage and develop Resource Managers and Revenue Operations professionals across levels, including coaching, performance management, and promotion readiness
- Build and maintain team bench strength through hiring, skill gap identification, and succession planning
- Shape team standards, playbooks, and operational best practices across Resource Management and Revenue Operations
- Establish a culture of continuous learning, operational excellence, and AI-first thinking
- Lead geo-level capacity forecasting, demand planning, and utilization optimization activities
- Translate business needs into resource strategies that balance delivery excellence with financial targets
- Monitor utilization trends, identify underutilization and capacity risks, and work with Delivery and Practice leadership to maximize revenue burn and staffing efficiency
- Maintain visibility into project pipelines, business development activities, and staffing requirements
- Adjust capacity plans based on changing business conditions
- Drive capacity forecast modeling and analysis to inform hiring, skill development, and partner mix decisions
- Partner with Finance on revenue forecasting and recognition, including labor cost allocation, timesheet integrity, and revenue recognition accuracy




- Coordinate with Revenue Operations on financial close activities, accounts payable and receivable issues, Work Order governance, and partner billing to support clean revenue handoff to SAP
- Provide insights and recommendations to Finance on labor cost trends, margin optimization, and staffing-related financial decisions
- Develop and optimize sub-capacity partner frameworks to flex capacity in support of demand fluctuations and skill gaps
- Manage partner relationships, rate structures, and compliance standards
- Monitor partner performance against service levels and quality expectations
- Monitor partner spend and margin contribution against targets and identify partner mix and utilization optimization opportunities
- Drive P360 adoption and operational excellence across the region
- Coach Resource Managers on compliance, data quality, and accountability for action plan completion
- Leverage P360 metrics and insights to identify growth opportunities, mitigate renewal risk, and improve customer outcomes
- Act as the operational hub connecting Resource Management and Revenue Operations to Delivery, Finance, Sales Operations, and cross-functional partners within the geo
- Lead regular resource forums and escalation meetings with practice leaders, delivery managers, and operations stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and resolve operational conflicts
- Communicate resource status, capacity forecasts, risks, and business insights to leadership in a clear and actionable format
- Partner cross-functionally to evolve Resource Management and Revenue Operations systems, tooling, and processes
- Advocate for operational needs with DT, Finance, and global Resource Management and Revenue Operations leadership
- Support the provision of operational inputs and reporting data for performance-rating and KPI-calibration processes for consultants and delivery staff based on geo-specific needs and leadership requests
- Develop and leverage data and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to staffing, utilization, partner performance, and revenue forecasting and recognition
- Drive process improvements across Resource Management and Revenue Operations
- Embed automation and AI-enabled tools to improve speed, accuracy, and team scalability




- Build and maintain operational dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into geo-level Resource Management and Revenue Operations performance

- Resource Management Institute certification preferred
