Responsibilities - Identify, develop, and convert recent business opportunities to drive sales growth and expand market presence across the assigned region.
- Build and strengthen relationships with poultry farms, consultants, integrators, distributors, and key customers to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Achieve sales, collection, profitability, and market share targets through effective account management and commercial negotiations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and performance reports while ensuring timely achievement of regional objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team while ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective cross-functional collaboration and service support.
