Role Description
- Lead sales across the Northern Region(Delhi,Punjab,Haryana,Uttarpradesh,Rajasthan,Himachal Pradesh)
- Drive sales of CT, MRI, Cathlab & Ultrasound systems
- Develop current business with hospitals & diagnostic centers
- Build relationships with hospital management, biomedical & procurement teams
- Handle AMC/CMC contracts, renewals & negotiations
- Lead and mentor Area Sales Managers
- Achieve revenue targets and prepare sales forecasts
- Monitor competitors and market trends
- Coordinate with Service & Application teams
- Ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in healthcare/medical equipment sales
- Strong experience in Diagnostic Imaging – CT & MRI
- Proven experience managing the Southern Region
- Strong negotiation, communication & leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- English proficiency mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively
