What You'll Do:

? Source potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals)

? Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments

?️ Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers





? Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment activities

? Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process

? Assist in developing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent

What We're Looking For:

✅ Previous experience in recruitment or talent sourcing preferred

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment

✅ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage
