Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Website QA Specialist to thoroughly review developed website pages before they are sent to clients or pushed live.

The main responsibility of this role is to compare developed pages with the approved Figma designs and ensure everything has been implemented accurately across desktop, tablet, and mobile. This includes checking layout, spacing, typography, responsiveness, interactions, content, forms, links, animations, and overall website polish.

Responsibilities

- Review developed website pages against approved Figma designs
- Check desktop, tablet, and mobile responsiveness
- Identify spacing, alignment, typography, color, and layout mismatches
- Check if all sections, components, images, icons, buttons, and CTAs are implemented correctly




- Test links, buttons, menus, forms, popups, sliders, tabs, accordions, and other interactions
- Check hover states, animations, transitions, and scroll behavior
- Review mobile navigation, sticky elements, and responsive spacing
- Check page speed basics, image quality, broken assets, and visual glitches
- Verify content accuracy, typos, line breaks, and missing copy
- Test forms, thank-you states, error states, and validation messages
- Check browser compatibility across Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge
- Create clear QA reports with screenshots, page links, issue descriptions, and priority levels
- Recheck fixes after developers complete updates
- Maintain a final pre-launch QA checklist for every website project

Responsibilities

- Solid eye for visual detail
- Experience testing websites after development
- Ability to compare live/staging websites with Figma designs
- Good understanding of responsive web design
- Basic knowledge of Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, Framer, or custom websites
- Ability to test across desktop and mobile devices
- Clear written communication for reporting issues
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, ClickUp, Loom, BrowserStack, Google Sheets, or Notion is a plus
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is preferred but not mandatory
