Job Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and their families to create a welcoming showroom experience.
- Interact with bridal customers and their families during their jewellery shopping journey.
- Coordinate with the sales team to capture customer experiences and jewellery trial moments with customer consent.
- Document key stages of the customer journey, including arrival, product selection, purchase, and celebration moments.
- Identify and collect customer testimonials, feedback, and success stories.
- Ensure proper customer consent is obtained before any photography or videography.
- Help customers feel comfortable and encourage genuine interactions for promotional and social media content.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create authentic customer engagement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate
- 1–3 years of experience in Public Relations, Customer Relations, Hospitality, Events, Marketing, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Telugu,Hindi and English.
