Applications are invited from highly motivated and qualified individuals for the position of Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical) at the Centre for Life Sciences, Mahindra University, Hyderabad, under an ICMR-sponsored project.

This interdisciplinary project combines genetics, molecular cell biology, and systems biology approaches to understand the regulatory mechanisms governing surface adhesion proteins expression in Candida species. The insights gained will be further used to explore biosensor development, with potential applications in diagnostics and antifungal research.

5 Minimum essential qualifications 1. First Class Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degrees. OR 2. Second Class Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degrees with PhD.



Candidates from all allied areas of Life Sciences are eligible to apply.

6 Desirable qualifications/ Experience Ph.D. in allied Life Sciences areas with first-author research publications in peer-reviewed journals.Prior experience in cell culture, molecular biology, and immunology is preferred.Experience with computational biology tools is an added advantage.
